We work together with you to outline the expectations in the concept file, which sets out the ambitious objective of your project.
The concept file contains all essential timings and milestones, in addition to detailed drawings, a general plan and a principle outline. Once the file has been approved, the project moves onto the next step: engineering. Depending on the desired lead time and involvement, you can choose from three flows:
- Quick run: the focus is on progressing the project. Your needs and requirements, as well as the ‘statics report’, are fine-tuned before the start-up meeting.
- Standard run: we start from an extensive concept file where the focus is on specific challenges. Together, we look for solutions.
- Long run: we continue to work together and take the time to work out the entire concept file from A to Z. As the client, you have a say in the scope of the file and you are given the opportunity to give your approval in phases. All the information you require regarding scope, budget and deadline are provided to you by Forzon. Once the concept file is approved, we jointly set a completion date.
