Sustainable building principle

This sustainable home is constructed using the "box-in-box" principle: a wooden frame of 170 m² surrounded by a spacious greenhouse of 30 x 12.20 meters, with a ridge height of 9 meters. This "double skin" concept creates a unique microclimate around the house and office space. The glass greenhouse acts as a protective outer layer, naturally optimizing the indoor climate and energy consumption.

An ideal indoor and outdoor climate

The greenhouse we built not only creates an ideal indoor climate but also provides space for an "edible forest." In this protected environment, residents can grow their own vegetables and herbs, contributing to a sustainable lifestyle and a unique living experience.

A terrace and natural swimming pond have been created outside the house, offering plenty of room for relaxation and a direct connection with nature.

Water-neutral and energy-efficient

Thanks to the integration of innovative technologies, the greenhouse home is water-neutral and 70% energy self-sufficient. The design is based on the cradle-to-cradle principle and circular construction, where materials can be reused as much as possible. This project is proof that ecological architecture can be combined with comfort and modern living needs.
